State Rejects Appeals of Two Memphis Charter Schools
The two schools will not open in August 2023 as local charter leaders had hoped.
The Tennessee Public Charter Commission rejected appeals from the Binghampton Community School and Tennessee Volunteer Military Academy, siding with executive director Tess Stovall’s recommendation and the local school board decision earlier this year.
